The Impact of Undergraduate Student Research Experience

Throughout a student’s undergraduate career, research proves to be an important marker of a student’s academic success and preparation for professional work. Participating or starting a research initiative allows for real-life application that will benefit students post-grad, or in grad school.
Through this article, three students at the University of Illinois Chicago were asked about their research and the benefits this research has provided to their field and career interests.
